Hi: I have been unsuccessful in remove the 2 above-mentioned packages from opensolaris 134, opensolaris 134b or Solaris 11 express. Every time I do a pkgrm on SUNWlibfuse, I am getting a partial removal message. When I reboot the system, it would not boot up any more with an error message: > [ system/boot-archive:default starting (check boot archive content) ] > [ system/scheduler:default starting (default scheduling class configuration) ] > > WARNING: The following files in / differ from the boot archive: > > > The recommended action is to reboot to the failsafe archive to correct > the above inconsistency. To accomplish this, on a GRUB-based platform, > reboot and select the "Solaris failsafe" option from the boot menu. > On an OBP-based platform, reboot then type "boot -F failsafe". Then > follow the prompts to update the boot archive. Alternately, to continue > booting at your own risk, you may clear the service by running: > "svcadm clear system/boot-archive"
Doing a "bootadm update-archive -f -R /a" did not help at all. Has anyone encounter this problem before? Regards, Keith -- This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ opensolaris-help mailing list [email protected]
