Has anyone else been experiencing MAJOR problems accessing and downloading apps from Package Manager please? For months now I have been completely unable to download any additional software. The package manager connects to the repository and after selecting apps, then clicking on Install/Update thereafter it just looks as if theres a very slow connection. Even trying to download a small file (gftp) won't work. I've had to go back to using Windoze and Mozilla ftp tools.
Also tried to manually download and install various apps, but the file extension is not pkg but something else and initiates package manager!!!!!
