These volunteers don't magically appears and we can't expect these task magically get done. It's already been said awhile ago the move away from svn, yet there was no weight upon it until now. I don't think the svn-committers want to touch the oss-viewer branch, yet don't mind if the snowglobe branch remains open to commit.
