There's an option in preferences: "show avatar in mouselook." It moved in 2.x, but it's still there. Unless they took it out in 2.1. Turning it off should make your attachments not visible in mouselook. Or are you saying they're visible regardless of the option? I think I'd get more complaints about it from customers if you were. I haven't gotten any in a while.
