There's https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/STORM-579 as well (for plain text chat history) and there seems to be a partial (un)fix at https://bitbucket.org/seth_productengine/storm-579/changeset/bdc0809e25a0 but it hasn't been pulled into viewer-development/viewer-beta yet I think.
