That being said you can get a license from Kakadu for your own use though it's not free (see http://www.kakadusoftware.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=6&Itemid=12for details). The good news with the new code though is that *if* you have a Kakadu license, you *can* build a viewer using KDU without requiring any special code from us: just drop the coresystem library in the libraries folder and a set of kdu headers in include/kdu and you're set. There's no need to reverse engineer the llkdu lib we provided before. I haven't documented that in detail though. If anyone is interested, please contact me. Cheers, - Merov
