- STORM-236 : now is fully working and had Oz do test builds on TC.
** Had to creat a hidden pannel after the nearby chat panel in
panel_bottomtry.xml so could move user_resizable from the
speakbutton_panel to maintain resize function in nearby.
- Lost inworld ability to earn $L's.

- VWR-24256 : continue to monitor.I sse this still happeing even with my
latest build.

- Not enough time to actually work on code.
