I am using VS2005 professional too, and this is what I do (all in the indra 
dir):
python develop.py
python develop.py build
Make sure you follow all the details on the wiki page 
(http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Microsoft_Windows_Builds), I had to 
double-check it before I got my build working :)
