In case you didn't noticed, the SL viewer has for many months provided a 
translator tool withing its viewer. That is if you talk in local chat with 
people of other language, it translate everything automaticly.
So it is this service that will be affected by Google policy change, as well as 
pretty much all Translator HUD we use inworld.
