I definitely like the direction it's heading, but a few things jump out... 1) How do I change/edit my picks? 2) User-definable shortcut keys would be the perfect compliment to this (currently no shortcut for appearance, opening additional inventory windows, etc) 3) How about that awesome draw distance slider we tested last June as an optional UI component? 4) Can the position of the group/IM chiclets and notification popups be changed (via user preferences)? 5) Is there a preferences setting for disabling the Favorites portion of the "LM & Favorites" toolbar?
I also notice a 2 second delay when opening an inventory window. Opening other windows or closing the inventory window happens instantaneously, but opening a window has a pronounced delay. You can no longer use cmd-shift-I (on the Mac client) to open additional inventory windows, but opening additional windows through the gear menu also results in a delayed opening. Rendering performance also seems to take a hit with build 243327. Since changelogs/JIRA lists aren't included on the build/download pages, I don't know if this is because of some other change to the viewer, or if it's the direct result of the user interface project.
