Yes, the warning window says what to do, but it was only by chance that I saw that message, so better to have mention of this necessary step in the instructions than to have your compiler fail to run.
Also, some people may not want to supply a birthdate and phone number, so before they begin this installation process it is better to know about these requirements in advance.
