sftp_resume_upload.diff
Please find attached the first version of my sftp resume upload diff.
SFTP already has the ability to resume partially downloaded file. It
would be nice to also have a similar feature for resume.
In Mauritius, we have very small uploading bandwidth. Having the
ability to resume interrupted upload is very handy.
As usual, feedback welcomed.
