It would be useful in some cases to be able to selectively disable
StrictModes checks, depending on particulars of a connection (e.g. only
for user alice) so that one can keep the extra safety check for most
users.
Seems like the Match directive would be a natural way to make this
happen, but currently Match does not support StrictModes.
