I've recently been updating things in my git repo:

  http://git.hands.com/ssh-copy-id

including the addition of a '-f' (for "force") option, that reverts to
the old behaviour of simply trying to install the key regardless of
whether it's already installed.  In addition to that, I've modified the
warning message one gets in the case described here, to suggest using
the -f option:
