Please consider expanding environment variables (feature request from
bug 3140) in the Include directive as well. This would allow one to
use:
Include ${XDG_CONFIG_HOME}/ssh/*.conf
(As of 8.4p1 the glob resolves — as documented — to
~/.ssh/${XDG_CONFIG_HOME}/ssh/*.conf.)
