Sorry but if Microsoft sent you here then they sent you to the wrong place. Microsoft ships a heavily-modified fork of OpenSSH *as part of Windows* (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/openssh/openssh_overview, "OpenSSH has been added to Windows (as of autumn 2018), and is included in Windows Server and Windows client.") Since it's heavily modified we can't help you with it.
