I'm not sure if this is the right place to report the issue related to
website, but anyway.
When trying to access <https://openssh.com/pg.html>, I noticed that the
website is unavailable.
<https://openssh.com/> returns `ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR`.
```
$ curl https://openssh.com/
curl: (35) TLS connect error: error:0A000438:SSL routines::tlsv1 alert
internal error
```
<http://openssh.com/> says `This website is currently not available.
Please try again later. Thank you.`.
I'd like to know if this is scheduled maintenance or an outage.
P.S. I first sent an email to <[email protected]>, but received the
following error:

550: 5.2.0 No such mailbox: <[email protected]>
