hello, Sorry if this isn't the best place to post this, but in the INSTALL.W32 file that comes with openssl it says that it can be compiled w/ GNU C (Mingw32 or Cygwin32). It then goes on to explain how to compile it w/ mingw32 but not how to do it w/ cygwin.
