Hi there,

Can anyone please help with this message that I received when trying to run
"make" on a Solaris machine. It appears to be unable to find a program
called "ar", (an archive tool). Does anyone know what this is and where I
can get hold of it? I don't know whether it is part of standard Solaris or
whether I need to get it from somewhere else.

Thanks in advance.
