===== NT SP6
VC6(SP2) release/debug built and test passed.

mingw32 (not a straight built from the release, need to change the generate
mingw32a.mak file to eliminate an error) built and test is fine.

I am not sure why thess lines get activated.
mingw32a.mak (this 2 lines need to be commented out and the generation line in
mingw32.bat also need to be commeted after the first run):
    337 #%.cpp:
    338 #       (cd $(@D)/..; PERL=perl make -f Makefile.ssl asm/$(@F))
===error occure at this strange case:
ranlib out/libcrypto.a
(cd ./..; PERL=perl make -f Makefile.ssl asm/lib.cpp)
make[1]: Makefile.ssl: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `Makefile.ssl'. Stop.
make[1]: Entering directory `d:/src'
make[1]: Leaving directory `d:/src'
make: *** [lib.cpp] Error 2

cygwin built and test passed except for the error caused by CRLF thing.
