commit cd5e2b0a689a7b22bd470e70ed0b8c84305d6d03
Author: opensslonzos-github <opensslonzos-git...@yahoo.com>
Date: Thu Aug 8 14:11:38 2019 -0400

    Add missing EBCDIC strings

Fix a few places where calling ossl_isdigit does the wrong thing on
    EBCDIC based systems.
    Replaced with ascii_isdigit.
