Both the www.openssl.org and cvs.openssl.org web sites were unavailable
to me this morning, but I found the patch information on a mail archive
site, and applied a local version of it to the openssl-1.0.0-SNAP-091117
snapshot that I've been using for test purposes.

Andy, your change works perfectly on my VOS test system. Many thanks for
helping me out.

I see that you applied the patch to HEAD. Now that we know it works, I
respectfully request that it be applied to the other branches where
cms-test.pl exists, too. (E.g., 1.0.0-to-be).

Thanks
PG
