[openssl.org #3052] [PATCH] OpenSSL 1.0.1e bug fix for x86_64-gf2m.pl use of STDOUT

My build script was failing to generate x86_64-gfm2.obj, both when
using masn and nasm.

Unlike all the other x86_64*.pl files, it was opening STDOUT directly,
so I changed it to work like the others and that fixed the problem.

Please apply this patch.
