Thanks to Simon Middleton, I realised I got it wrong... cvs admin -kkv
_does_ reset the options, but you have to follow it with cvs update -A
to see the change.
Now someone needs to run around and reset everything that shouldn't be
-kb, and then we all need to do an update -A.
How did they get that way in the first place?
