For those who want to hack on the bleeding edge of OpenSSL, but can't or don't
want to use the RSync service, snapshot tarballs of the CVS source tree are
now available on a daily basis. They can be fetched via FTP from
ftp://ftp.openssl.org/snapshot/ and are named openssl-SNAP-XXXXX.tar.gz where
XXXXX indicates the tarball rolling date. But the RSync service is still
preferred, of course. Because it's a lot faster in updating, consumes less
bandwidth, etc. So treat this snapshot tarballs as a convenience service only.
