Because of the recent changes we made, now the situation actually arises that
when an application doesn't explicitly set the cipher suite, NULL-SHA is
chosen by a client like s_client. It's ok that we've now enabled the NULL
cipher per default, of course. But what's IMHO not ok is the following:

The used cipher specification is actually the default one, so the output of
"openssl ciphers -v" is the same, of course.  

The question here is: Why to the hell is the list mostly correctly sorted, but
the NULL ciphers occurs in front??

But this can be achieved only with

$ openssl ciphers -v 'ALL:!ADH:RC4+RSA:+HIGH:+MEDIUM:+LOW:+SSLv2:+EXP:+eNULL'
                                                                       ^^^^^

So, either we should fix the problem that the NULL ciphers occur in front even
for the default string or at least we should add ":+eNULL" to the end of the
default cipher specification.
