It is not auto generated under Win32 removing it would break the Win32
build.
Nor can the rule be deleted because new objects are added to objects.h
which in turn causes obj_dat.h to be rebuilt.
I suspect someones version of perl or build environment has a slightly
different idea as to what obj_dat.h should look like because the same
two lines get swapped round from time to time.
