Maybe $openssldir/dustbin would be appropriate? But seriously, I'll
have them installed in $openssldir/misc if no-one has a better idea.
("misc" because this does not correspond to a source code distribution
directory, while either of $openssldir/apps and $openssldir/tools
would appear to indicate that the directory content comes from the
source code directory of the same name, which would not be true unless
we create _two_ new directories under $openssldir, which is really too
much for these scripts.)
