Dear colleagues,
I'm new to this list, but we've been using SSLeay for some time.
Could anyone tell what is the right procedure of proposing improvements
to the OpenSSL project?
Should we just post our suggestions to the list, or send them to some
expert (project housekeeper), or act some other way?
Namely, we are likely to suggest modifications to the BIO layer,
so perhaps the person most knowledgeable in this area might be named...
