Hmmm... that's another point, yes. Would look crazy when we have checkins
every 6 or 24 hours on opensslv.h.  What about "#define OPENSSL_VERSION_DATE
0x0000000" inside the repository and the snapshot scripts and tarball rolling
scripts replace it on-the-fly?
