Why? If you want to have the header files in once place so that you
can easily look at them on an OS where symbolic links are not
available, then look into the "outinc" directory which is created
automatically when you compile the library (using makefile.one). Or,
on Unix, just install the library somewhere, and you have all the
header files in a single directory.
