Limitations of what kind? Specification, software, compatibility? If
you're talking about that MPEG of your cat thing (see http://
www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/pubs/x509guide.txt), then you will have
problems because the OpenSSL library doesn't readily support MPEGs;
and maybe you don't even have a cat. The general X.509v3
specification allows pretty much everything.
