util/pl/mingw32f.pl is used only to put files to their places using
the DOS utilities. util/pl/mingw32.pl is the one to be used for the
actual compiling (and for everything else if you have the GNU
fileutilities on your system).
This should not cause trouble for you if you use the batch file mw.bat.
