No, obsolete files you can delete. No problem, I think.  We've them both in
the Attic and in the old archived tarballs in case we really need the files
again.

Hmmm... I don't know why, perhaps the script doesn't send a mail for deletes.
It has an extra hack for mails on added files, perhaps it needs the same for
deleted ones?
