Hmmm it looks just like random data without any encoding or structure at
all. It certainly isn't PKCS#8 or anything else I recognise. Its
probably just raw encrypted data with possibly a random salt in there.

Anyway unless you or anyone else has any more info then I can't convert
it.

If anyone has any info and I don't have to sign zillions of NDAs to get
it then I might be able to add a conversion option in OpenSSL. Otherwise
you're out of luck.
