I don't keep the rsaref library anywhere. openssl-0.9.4.tar.gz
includes rsaref/rsaref.c, which properly gets compiled into
rsaref/rsaref.o by the build process, but apps/Makefile (and possibly
others) don't know where to find rsaref.o.
