According to the rules, and available ciphers, only 4 items are left;
all of them with DSA certificates.
Did you supply the server process with a DSA certificate?
ADH is not available, so you _must_ have a DSA certificate.
What does the server process list for the ciphers the client offers?
(run s_server with -debug -verbose to see as much information as possible)
