US folks exporting software should send their email to
        [EMAIL PROTECTED]
it will go to the BXA, and also be kept in a public archive...
Spread the word.

now appends to http://www.crypto.com/exports/mail.txt, and also mails to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (currently empty, but that will change as people use it).
