The network in sweden seems to be badly congested, at least from the
access points I have. Therefore, I'm pushing off the release 'til
this evening unless I see some drastic change happen within the next
few hours.
Since the repository has tags for the 0.9.5 revision, there's no real
problem for anyone who wants to start on 0.9.6-dev (since that's
what's in the HEAD anyway). All this becomes is a delay in the
delivery of the tar file and the new announcements.
