des.pod

hi there,

I just tried to do a win32 build and noticed something curious when
extracting the tarball ... there's two files that conflict in a
case-insensitive environment! :-)

crypto/des/ has both des.pod and DES.pod ... hmm ... what's the correct
course of action in this case?
