When I add a private key and a certificate to a PKCS#12 file using PKCS12_create(), OpenSSL does not perform any check that the private key actually belongs to the certificate. It jut adds the key/cert no matter what. Is that an error in OpenSSL or it is just the way PKCS#12 works?
