Following the included instructions:
3. Open a command prompt and run "perl Configure VC-WIN32" as per the
instructions in the $openssl-0.9.5a_ROOT/Install.w32 file. Then run
"ms\do_ms.bat"
This returns an error could not run script Configure as if perl is looking
for a script of that name.
