I'm not sure I understand what you're after.  Do you want an
implementation of PKCS#11 as a separate library or do you want OpenSSL
to interface with an existing PKCS#11 library?

In the first case, we have no plans to build a separate PKCS#11
library that I know of.  In the second case, we have no direct plans
to interface with PKCS#11 to begin with, but if the ENGINE branch
becomes part of OpenSSL, it's possible that there will be a PKCS#11
engine that can be used (I know that someone mentioned pkcs11 when the
ENGINE stuff was discussed).
