where are the docs for NETSCAPE_RSA

I have not found any document for the i2d(d2i)_NETSCAPE_RSA.
Will anyone here tell me how eric found the ASN1 structure for
NETSCAPE_PKEY and how did he know the structure is protected
by RC4 key, and the key is delivered from password by MD5?
