3ui.com (www.3ui.com) have implemented WTLS using OpenSSL. It is designed
to plug into the Kannel (www.kannel.org) WAP/SMS gateway. If you want
the RSA and RC5 algorithm support in the WTLS library, you will have to wire
them in yourself as the public download does not have support for them for
reasons that remain unclear to me. This should be a relatively trivial task
for
anyone with a passing familarity with the OpenSSL code and is necessary for
example
for the Nokia 7110 as it only supports the WTLS mandatory encryption
algorithm (RC5).
I believe the WTLS src code is under the same licence as Kannel - ie. BSD
style.
The WTLS code also includes WTLS certificate handling and ECC.
