Creating a certificate on windows 2000 and windows nt

Hi.   I am developing a project under windows nt/2000.   I need to send ssl packets to someone that used your library, however I am using a different library.   The library that I am using requires a certificate name. The question is as follow:       I have the PEM file that they generated. How do I covert the data in that pem file into a certificate that can import to windows 2000/NT   Your immediate help will be appreciated !!!!!!!!   Thanks, Danny
