I've just been for a long walk, a drink in the pub, and some deep
thinking.

I've decided that, although I am correct[1], I don't care. The whole
point of all this EAR shit is to spread FUD. I'm not going to play.
OpenSSL can be subject to EAR, and if that has evil consequences in the
future, then I will:

a) Say "I told you so"

b) Do everything I can to resist. I feel sure we'll have some very able
assistance should it come to this.

If all else fails, then we have the perfect excuse to throw away OpenSSL
and start again, and do it right this time.

So, I'm going to stop resisting. Let's go for it!

Note, I am _still_ not speaking for the rest of the OpenSSL team, so
we'll have to see what everyone else thinks. I presume we're going to
have some private discussions and a vote. Watch this space.
