The perl version of the demoCA script has a small bug in it (I think).
It doesn't pick up the value of SSLEAY_CONFIG from teh environment in the same
way as the shell script version does.
I added the following line before "$DAYS="-days 365";" to fix this
$SSLEAY_CONFIG=$ENV{"SSLEAY_CONFIG"};
