Uhmm, BIO_seek.pod wasn't redundant. Actually, in there converged the
description of BIO_seek() and BIO_tell(), which were previously
described in both BIO_s_fd.pod and BIO_s_file.pod, which *is*
redundant. Now they're described nowhere (except for the description
of the returned value in BIO_s_fd.pod).

Also, I might add that functions that do not belong specifically to
one BIO sink/source or filter should be moved to their own pages,
resonably grouped.

Those were the two reasons I did what I did with BIO_seek and
BIO_tell(). Now, will you be terribly upset if I reinstate
BIO_seek.pod, and move the description of BIO_reset() there as well,
as they seem to belong together?
