installing openssl on WIN32

I messed up with my previous installation, and so have to reinstall
openssl ..

I tried..

nmake -f ms\ntdll.mak
 and it worled successfully...and tested it with,,

>cd out32dll
 > ..\ms\test
 and said all correct..

but openssl/bin
                /include
                /lib are not created...

what next I need to do..
